\nThe warranty does not cover wear and tear on wood finishes, as this material requires regular maintenance. Durability may vary depending on exposure to weather; exterior wood will be subject to greater deterioration due to the effects of sun and rain.

\nRecommended Electrical Protection
<\/b>\n\nTo protect the cooling system and prolong its service life, the use of surge protectors is recommended due to the volatility of electrical current in Costa Rica. Although the chillers come with surge protectors, an additional protection system is advisable to protect your investment.

Terms and Conditions for Free Shipping and Free Installation Service<\/strong><\/p>

Geographic Scope:<\/strong>
Free shipping and installation service applies only to addresses within the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM).<\/p>

2. Access Requirements:<\/strong>
The installation will be carried out on the same level where the unit is unloaded. In the event that access to the installation location includes stairs, the customer must notify us in advance, as the presence of stairs requires additional personnel for safe transport maneuvers, both for our operators and for the structure of the customer's home. Please note that our units weigh up to 250 kg, and the equipment required for safe installation varies depending on accessibility.<\/p>
