Warranty
With Norsvik, buy with complete confidence. Fjord comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, and Odin has an 18-month extended warranty. If your unit has a manufacturing defect, we promise to repair or replace it at no additional cost during this period.
Warranty Coverage and Limitations
The warranty does not cover wear and tear on wood finishes, as this material requires regular maintenance. Durability may vary depending on exposure to weather; exterior wood will be subject to greater deterioration due to the effects of sun and rain.
Recommended Electrical Protection
To protect the cooling system and prolong its service life, the use of surge protectors is recommended due to the volatility of electrical current in Costa Rica. Although the chillers come with surge protectors, an additional protection system is advisable to protect your investment.

We offer shipping and installation at no additional cost within the GAM. See T&C below*.
Shipping and installation outside of GAM is quoted separately, and normally ranges from $500 to $750 depending on the address, model and number of units.

Terms and Conditions for Free Shipping and Free Installation Service
Geographic Scope:
Free shipping and installation service applies only to addresses within the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM).
2. Access Requirements:
The installation will be carried out on the same level where the unit is unloaded. In the event that access to the installation location includes stairs, the customer must notify us in advance, as the presence of stairs requires additional personnel for safe transport maneuvers, both for our operators and for the structure of the customer's home. Please note that our units weigh up to 250 kg, and the equipment required for safe installation varies depending on accessibility.
3. Connection Requirements:
To perform the installation, the customer must provide:
- Access to potable water: A hose that reaches the installation site is sufficient.
- Adequate place to drain: such as a garden or easily accessible drainage.
- 120v electrical outlet with ground.
4. Exclusions from Service:
Our service does not include additional plumbing or electrical work.
5. The scope of the installation consists exclusively of:
- Deliver the cold plunge to the place indicated by the client.
- Open the box and remove the packing materials.
- Filling the unit with water and guiding the customer through the first power-up and chill cycle. Providing clear instructions for use and maintenance.
