Improper use of these products or failure to follow the recommendations described may result in permanent injury or death.

4) Security
Never use a cold plunge alone. It should always be used in the presence of at least one accompanying person. Our products are not intended for use by children. It is your responsibility to ensure that all users comply with these safety guidelines. The depth of the tub is deep enough for a small child to drown, it is very important that it is kept tightly covered and out of reach of children to prevent accidents.

5) Responsibility
NORSVIK shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use our products. NORSVIK's liability is limited to the purchase value of the defective or non-conforming product.

6) Warranty and Replacement
We offer a 12-month warranty on our products. In case of defects or failures, NORSVIK agrees to repair or replace the product at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse or unauthorized modifications.

7) Shipping and Delivery
Curbside delivery service is available at no additional cost within the established area. For deliveries outside this area, a fee of $200 will apply. Curbside delivery service covers delivery up to street level. Any additional assistance for installation or removal within the property is quoted separately and is subject to availability.

8) Modifications and Cancellations
NORSVIK reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective at the time of posting on the website. It is your responsibility to regularly review the terms and conditions to keep yourself informed of any changes.
